The sale of drugs and related items without obtaining license from Drugs Control Department is an offence since the enactment of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. But recently, the Government of Kerala issued directions to the officials to follow the law in strict sense.
Documents to be accompanied for application for fresh drug license:
1. Form 19
2. Questionnaire
3. Original Chellan
4. Attested copy of pharmacy registration certificate of registered pharmacist
5. Declaration of the pharmacist signed before the drug inspector
6. Option
7. Affidavit in stamp paper
8. Attested copy of partnership deed/articles of association.
9. List of Directors showing.
