How to lodge complaint to chief minister..grievance cell- Kerala chief minister. Post your complaint to Kerala Chief Minister.

Chief Minister's Grievance Redressal Cell

From time to time the Government has given strict directions to all concerned authorities and officers for solving the various problems of the public. In order to provide a better service, a Grievance Redressal Cell has started working in the Secretariat under the leadership of the Chief Minister. This cell was formed in accordance with the G.O.(MS)349/2000/GAD dated 02/05/2000. The complaints obtained by the Chief Minister from individuals, organisations, MLAs, and those obtained directly from the cell and through post are immediately considered and suitable actions taken. The complaints are sent to the concerned authority with specific directions to submit reply/report within one week. It is the concerned authority that takes decisions on the complaints received. The time taken for the decision-making depends on the type of complaint. However the involvement of the Grievance Redressal Cell has made the decision-making process much faster.
Modern conveniences like Internet, e-mail, fax, etc. have made contacts with the Grievance Redressal cell much easier. The public is informed by means of other media too. All these have helped in the better working of the cell.
